Requirements
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institution plus a post graduate Qualification in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. A post graduate qualification in Law; or Human Resource Management; or Communications; or Business Administration will be an added advantage

- Preparing and implementing programs on Legal Education, Law and Administration of Justice in the areas around the Regional Office;
- Heading and managing the investigations team and giving timely responses;
- Conducting public sensitization programs on regional TVs and Radios;
- Supervising regional office complaints’ management system;
- Establishing and maintaining collaboration and linkages with District Local Governments and other stakeholders in the region;
- Ensuring that Senior Legal Officers and other staff are supervised and appraised;
- Supervising and overseeing receipt and management of complaints
- Spearheading development of strategies so as to promote effective and efficient handling of complaints;
- Preparing and issuing Officers and staff of Regional Office with schedule of duties in consultation with the Secretary;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
